Colchix ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you submit through our website.
1. Data we collect
When you submit our early access form, we collect the information you provide: full name, work email, company name, role, and company size.
With your consent via our cookie banner, we also use analytics and advertising cookies — including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads — to understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our outreach. These only load after you accept our cookie banner; if you decline, none of these cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or contacting us at hello@colchix.com.
2. Purpose of processing
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate fit for our private beta, and contact you regarding the Colchix platform. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
3. Data storage & sovereignty
Form submission data (name, work email, company details) is stored on EU-sovereign infrastructure within the European Union.
Some of our analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads — are operated by US-based providers. Where personal data (such as your IP address or device identifiers) is processed by these providers, the transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.
4. No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is never used to train AI models.
5. Retention
We retain submitted data only as long as necessary to evaluate and follow up on your enquiry, and in any case no longer than 24 months unless you become a customer.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights — including deletion — contact us at hello@colchix.com. We will respond within 30 days.
